The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms may be a bit noisy due to the patio echo and lack insulation, but they are clean with hot water in the bathroom. The twin beds can be a downside for some, yet the presence of a fan helps combat any stuffiness. The service is superb with helpful staff, especially accommodating those with limited Spanish. The location is convenient, being close to key attractions like Santo Domingo church and the town center. However, the dining options may not be extensive, though the terrace view is delightful. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with pleasant facilities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious, allowing me to have plenty of room for my luggage and belongings, yet it was a bit inconvenient being located next to the road without much of a view. The service was friendly and helpful; however, there were slight delays in opening the door at night. The location was convenient, with nice coffee bars, restaurants, and a market nearby, but it was not too close to the center. The dining options were good and offered good value for money. Overall, it was a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
Despite some noise from the street and a rundown outlook, the hotel offers accommodating staff and a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility to the town center. The dining experience is delightful with a surprising quality, although the rooms may need some improvement.
